Incomprehensible

One of the lawyers associated with Mr. McColl, Mr. Al Gilbertson, speaks Chinese and is married to a woman from Taiwan who teaches Chinese in the public school system. As a result, Mr. McColl is able to represent Chinese corporations doing business in the United States; for example, debt collection from an American company which owes money to a Chinese company and has not fulfilled that legal debt obligation. Obviously, Mr. McColl and Mr. Gilbertson have the ability to represent other Chinese companies doing business in the United States on other criminal and civil legal issues.
