Our Philosophy
A lawyer, as an officer of the courts in the Judicial branch of government, has the unique opportunity, as Abraham Lincoln said, "to keep the balance true between the government and the individual." This is how we see our legal duty on behalf of our clients at McColl & McColloch.

Government of the people, by the people, and for the people . . .

We all have heard Lincoln's famous phrase, "government of the people, by the people, and for the people . . .." That last part, "for the people," means for all of us, including the well-educated professional or self-made entrepreneur. Contesting the government in court is a privileged and honorable legal battle in which we challenge the government's proof, logic and authority persistently and, as one federal judge stated, "indefatigably," on behalf of our clients.
